Châlet on one floor at 5 minutes of ANNECY lake and city center.You will enjoy the typical alpin mountain atmosphere with a nice sight on Parmelan mountain and it's forests and truit rivers.The chalet is at 30 minutes (by car) of 4 winter ski stations (La CLUSAZ, le GRAND BORNAND, le SEMNOZ et la CROIX FRY).Two important shopping centers are at your service at Annecy (5 mn by car)
